Lifting Properly - What We See

When I see images of people lifting a box ‘correctly’, the box is always out in front.  We don’t lift things away from our body - the distance creates extra loading requirements.  Whenever I see pics of people lifting weights - they have the load in close.  That is where it needs to be.  Why can’t we reflect that in our examples of good work and lifestyle lifting pictures?

We can do better.

Load in close, knees behind toes.
